Warm conversation
It all starts and ends with warmth. At the beginning of the ceremony, we will have some discussions, and then we will find answers to the questions. You can come to the swaddling session with a clear request, but we will most likely dig a little deeper in the course of the conversation. We will use metaphorical maps, talismans, candles, smudging, and other things to determine the "path".
Things we need to determine:
1. What are you striving for and where are you going?
2. What do you want to walk away from? What stages of life do you want to complete?
3. What is it that you need help with?
4. What do you want to be healed? What is in the way?
5. What new intention do you want to set?
The query can be of any kind: most often swaddling is used for the purpose of renewal or "transition". For example, to a new life stage.
A mandala made of flowers
The most beautiful part of the ceremony, which always brings excitement! With my help, you will create a mandala out of herbs, flowers and berries, which will "draw" your new path and new "embodiment". After the creative process, the mandala with an extraordinary bouquet of scents will be wrapped "into a bag" and then it will be taken to the bathroom.
Gentle massage in rebozo scarves
By sensation, it is the gentle embrace stage. A rebozo scarf is a long woven scarf. I use several of these scarves to gently wrap you and give you a light massage and rocking. This helps to release any blocks in the body and let your head clear of any extraneous thoughts.
Closing the locks
Lying in the embrace of scarves, you are closing old doors and opening new ones. It is by tying that we close the locks - our past. You have to be willing to let go of all the old things, making it possible for you to let the new things come into your life. Sometimes closing the past is difficult; in that case, I gently and gradually help you finalize those old events. For me, the most important thing is to reduce the anxiety, which is why a softer and more gradual closure can be done: tying and untying the scarves one at a time, rather than "closing" all seven at once.
Font with flowers and herbs
Once the locks are closed, you will step into your intention and your new life. To do this, I perform an ablution with the mandala that you have collected in the second stage of the whole ceremony. A warm bath makes you feel warm from the inside and out, filling you with the strength to enter a new phase of life.
